2012 EYBL Session 1 Recap: April 19-22 (Minnesota)

As Canada’s only representative at the EYBL tournament, CIA Bounce started strong in Minneapolis, with the city becoming the centre of the high school basketball universe for the weekend (notable attendees: Antonio Davis, Jim Boheim and Coach K). CIA Bounce recorded a 4-0 record beating top 10 ranked teams Bluff City, Team Final, and Team Takeover in an impressive fashion.

One of the most intriguing prospects in the Class of 2013 is Tyler Ennis out of St. Benedict’s Prep in Newark (NJ) and the CIA Bounce AAU program. The Canadian import has been having a tremendous spring and summer on the AAU and camp scene and his recruitment continues to skyrocket.
Ennis is a smooth scoring guard that can put points on the board.
